Kaska Goose Lodge - where goose hunters dreams become reality. Kaska’s lodge and cabins are nestled along the crystal-clear Kaskattamma river only one mile from the Hudson Bay Coast near the northeastern tip of Manitoba. The 5,000 acre Kaskattama River delta provides an ideal habitat for thousands of Greater and Lesser Canada, Blue, Snow, and Ross’s geese to nest and stage before beginning their long journey south.

Originally built by the Hudson Bay Company as a fur trading post in 1923, Kaska has metamorphosed into a comfortable retreat for discerning wing shooters. Accommodating a maximum of only sixteen guests in two modern guest cabins, Kaska offers hunters not only a unique hunting experience, but a real adventure.

Kaska is not just about goose hunting, as many species of ducks as well as rock and willow ptarmigan make the Kaskattama River delta their home. For guests wanting a diversion from hunting - within a short walk of the lodge the Kaskattama River boasts some trophy-quality sea run brook trout that will test your mettle as a fisherman.
